Been gone from Aklan for a while and was surprised to find Cafe Sicilia. This is where the old restaurant, Saylo, was located before it sadly closed, I think. Great vibe and cool decor - rustic, with both old and new items to catch your attention. Their menu is simple but the malunggay pesto is worth the try. Latte servings (for me) are on the small end for almost P100 but they have a cappuccino machine which you don't see as often as you'd like here in Kalibo.
