The food is good but the staff lacks good costumer service! I have a table reservation for 11 pax they require to pay a 500 reservation fee if you want a table reservation and with a 4k minimum order, if your order didn't meet the said amount the 500 pesos fee will add up to your bill which they didn't explain to me at first they told me it's their policy which made me confuse because it's not my first time getting a reservation with them but it's my first time dining at their other branch. They also tried to blame it on me because I didn't text them back for confirmation but they have my phone number incase I can't communicate ahead of time. I ordered korean spicy chicken and bulalo.

The korean spicy chicken is only P85.00. It's a combo meal with rice and a glass of iced tea. This is my first time eating korean spicy chicken so i cannot compare their dish to anyone's but for me the chicken is too sweet and i can't feel the spiciness in it. I would love it if it's a bit salty and spicy. Might not order it again.

The bulalo is great and it's only P180 pesos. They serve it in a huge bowl which is good for 3 to 4 persons. I always order this everytime I eat at Sy Bee Tin. I highly recommend...

Because it's near the Akalan Capitol area, we decided to take a meryenda lunch here today because we have a group meeting (8 persons). While eating, we are discussing our plan for the event. And after we finished eating, we were still discussing, but one of the servers put a reserve sign in the center of our table and said that our table was reserved.
