Zoey's Cafe KLO — Restaurant in Kalibo

Place - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Foods - ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Staff/customer service - ⭐⭐⭐

The place is, without a doubt, pleasant. It is spacious, clean, cozy and the interior is nice. They have separate 'dining' room that can accomodate a large group. It has a long table in it. There are also some tables outside. They have dining space on the second floor.

As for the food, they have lots of choices. Unfortunately, almost half of their menu were not available the day we ate here. Also took longer time to be served. But they have delicious food, to be fair. Their kitchen has a glass wall and I managed to take a peek, it's organized and clean.

For their staff and customer service, I will rate this as fair. I just don't know if they were understaffed. But when we were there, it was not bustling. It seems that the staffs do not see some customers calling them or maybe they pretend to not see/hear customers call. My friend had to go to the counter every time we have some requests or orders, after some time waiting and not being attended.

The location is quite far from the town center, but it is still accessible as it is near Kalibo International Airport.

I hope to see some improvements the next time...

The place is great but serving time is more or less 1hr. Even though the staffs are nice and courteous, our experience there was unfortunate. We were very tired and hungry from our 9hr land-sea travel (Bacolod to Kalibo) but it seemed they don't care. We asked for water multiple times while we're waiting but we were ignored. We are too tired to argue and insist so we just patiently wait for the food. We ordered kare kare...

We came around 8:30pm which is I think dinner time pa naman. The place was empty when we came in. Obviously, the kitchen is not busy so I guess its not reasonable to wait 45mins for just a spaghetti. The staff is unapologetic despite of multiple follow up! Gets ko din na Filipino style pero mas matamis pa ung spaghetti sa ginger tea na inorder ko. And someone has to say this - sobrang lamok....
