⭐ Arrival and Ordering ⭐ It was past 4PM when I arrived here after a frustrating day at the BIR and the food cheered me up a bit. The area wasn't too busy and when I tried the kiosk, there was no problem with it (I experienced kiosks that lags during use).
The mode of payment I used was Maya and thankfully, that was working (some mcdo branches have working kiosks but doesn't enable online payment).
⭐ Waiting for Order ⭐ I took a seat near the window and it only took less than 2 minutes when they called my number. They just shout it out but they say it out in a clear manner.
⭐ The Order ⭐ The orders are complete and they were generous with the napkins — not too little and not too much. Another thing to note is that they use plastic utensils.
My orders: • Happy Meal (Spaghetti and Drinks combo) • Chicken Fillet Ala King Ala Carte • Matcha Mcflurry
The first thing I noticed was that the food was hot. A good sign.
The Ala King Sauce has the perfect consistency but I was debating if it's enough or lacking in amount. It definitely covered about 80% of the top part of the fillet but other branches were very generous with their sauce compared to this one. The chicken fillet is a bit on the spicy side but it was deliciously so in my taste.
Their Matcha Mcflurry is a limited time product and my thought about it is that it's worth the price. The ice cream is generous and the matcha is from the quick-freeze cream that they use for their ice cream dips. It's more milky than matcha but it's definitely delicious.
I love how this branch's ice cream machine is working.
⭐ After Meal ⭐ I went to the CR afterwards and when I finished, I looked towards my table and there was already a new customer. I didn't take that long in the CR so I'd say that the crew is very mindful of the tables — cleaning up as soon as the table is vacated.
⭐ Overall ⭐ It's a great place to eat at. Be mindful of the kids though, because they have a playground and the kids fully utilize it 😂.

I want to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the treatment my mother received at your Kawit Centennial branch, located in front of Jollibee Centennial. Today around 6 or 7pm, she visited your restaurant and was having trouble using the kiosk. Instead of assisting her, the staff allegedly discriminated against her(I think the Male manager the way she describe the person in gray uniform) , making her feel belittled and disrespected. What's even more disheartening is that my mom is a hardworking individual who sacrificed her own education to prioritize her children's well-being and future. Despite her dedication and selflessness, she was treated with disrespect. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially for my mother who may need extra help, they also informed her that she need to used the self service kiosks to proceed the order without any assistance from the staff. However my mother was not familiar with the machine. This experience left her feeling frustrated and sad. She ended up leaving the branch without speaking to anyone because she felt embarrassed and belittled for not knowing how to use the kiosk, as business I know you come up thorough research that not everyone knows how to use that machine but how come? Why my mother needs to experience such an impudent service!!! I urge you to look into this matter and take necessary actions to ensure your staff provides excellent customer service to all patrons. Read more24 hours open. But delivery service is not. We made an order thru McDonald's app for home delivery last Jan. 6. As per the team member suggestions from messenger we can still order for home delivery service even its almost 10:00 o'clock in the evening. Items ordered thru the delivery apps are: 1 Medium Bigmac meal, 1 Regular Mcnuggets meal, 1 Regular Cheeseburger deluxe meal, and 2 regular McChicken burger meal. They never did confirmation of orders either by phone or thru the messenger. Waiting for our order until 11:30pm but still no delivery. Very poor customer service. No one bother's to give explanation why our orders didn't delivered. To the management, kindly READ this review.
