Casa Gemma Hotel & Restaurant — Restaurant in Koronadal

The food is great, some(not all) staff are super friendly and attentive to our needs, and the atmosphere is superb, but those three things were the only positive things i had for our dinner here.

There are ants on my pre-placed plates. The serving time was 40 min. even though we ordered way ahead of the dinner rush (5:20pm) and only having 2 platters and rice on our ordered set. Only two employees catered to the needs of most customers, but the other waitresses only catered specific customers. Most of the time, they are only looking at their phone. Only those two employees offered preferable seats for my family and a high chair for my kid.

But if i rate the food alone, i will give it a 5/5 star for flavor and 4/5 for...

I was picking what hotel to sleep to. I came here first which is located in the 2nd floor of their building. The ground floor serves as their restaurant.

The room rate was in the middle as compared to two other hotels located infront of KCC of Koronadal, it was around Php1000- . This hotel is just across the street and if you buy food or beverages from KCC they alloy it with no corkage fee.

The hotel is also in the heart of the city. It is near to different shops.

The room is clean. And the comforter is not the usual white color. The flat tv is small but okay because it is not that far. Unfortunately, they don't...

Casa Gemma Restaurant recently had a renovation and it has vastly improved from its old look. The interiors are contemporary chic with wood and light colors, the main counter in nice faux onyx details. The ambiance is light and relaxing.

Food is good, they have maintained the quality that the restaurant has been known for, probably with much improvement.

We ordered lomi, garlic chicken, battered chicken, calamares and drinks. Good enough for our dinner. Food tasted ok. Worth recommending.

For our big group, the bill was reasonable. Service was commendable. Attentive staff. Waiting time...
