Ordered a variety of food here. most of their food comes close to being “authentic” when it comes to chinese food and dimsum. what lacks it is the freshness of their food, e.g the salt and pepper shrimp. The shrimp was too runny and its not fresh anymore. the breading falls off and its too thick.

their king soup was 6/10-consistency was too thick too much corn starch was used.

Chicken feet about 8/10 was good, fall off the bone but color was off. The sauce has the consistency of a watered down ketchup same as the taste.

Quail egg dimsum was good 9/10 I forgot the name lol.

The pancit guisado seafood specifically was good too.

Mango and avocado shake was also spot on.

Price is decent to its serving portion which is very generous.

A restaurant of choices. Ching Citi graden is a place where you can hold things from lunch meetings to birthday parties. The resto offerd plenty of room for every type of occasions. The food option is also good, however, sometimes might be subject to ingredients availability. Ambience does not intimidate casual customers to come in. Locates within the city downtown, it is one of the easiest to reach restos in the city. One thing that they could improve though is on the multimedia for functions. It's always a satisfying experience everytime we visit Ching City Garden. This is the most reliable Chinese restaurant in Koronadal City.

We came in late, past 12 noon on a Sunday. Our group of 18 couldn't be accommodated at the main dining area so we had to be served at one of their function rooms.

Food was served a few minutes after we ordered. The waiting time was very short, to our delight. And of course, the taste was very good and commendable.
