Jollibee — Restaurant in Koronadal

My partner and I ate at Jollibee odi Koronadal, 8:17 pm we ordered spicy chicken with fries then regular chicken with spaghetti and burger, all orders were served at around 8:40 except for the spicy chicken, then the crew said they will follow up because it is not available yet . I wait while my partner eat her and around 9:00 pm I went to the counter and followed up my order and the crew said there was still no spicy chicken to follow up again, I returned to our seat and waited again, around 9:15 something I went back and followed up my order again and the crew said the availability of the spicy chicken is 1 minute left so i wait again and went back to our seat but I noticed that while I was sitting the people that are dining who came after us is the first to be given the spicy chicken because there was a red flag above the chicken indicating spicy chicken, so when I noticed I went back again and followed up my order around 9:20 and that's when they served my oder around 9:21 pm . a single peace of spicy chicken almost took 1 hour to be served. is that really how long jollibee meals being serve?. every time we eat at jollibee odi koronadal this...

We had an amazing experience at Jollibee Marbel! The service was top-notch, thanks to Manager Mike, who went above and beyond to help me with a toy swap after we got duplicates from the Sanrio blind boxes. He was super understanding, friendly, and made the entire experience fun! The food was just as great – we had 3 Kiddie Meals with burgers and juice, and the mix-and-match spaghetti with fries was delicious as always, finally completing the sanrio set for my girl after 11 kiddie meal traveling to polomolok to here just to get it .
