Jollibee — Restaurant in Lapu-Lapu

I am a frequent customer of this branch, and I eat here almost every day. I love Jollibee because I grew up eating in this fast food restaurant. To this day, I still enjoy the taste of their food and the quality of service they provide. However, I must say that the staff at this branch did not provide the quality service I expected. The counter staff is mostly lousy, despite having at least two personnel stationed at each POS Terminal. Moreover, the female staff by the counter stares at you strangely and doesn't even smile when accommodating you. Their tone of voice suggests irritation when taking an order. I understand that this may not be a significant issue for some people, but for me, it is. I visit Jollibee not only to eat but also to relax for a brief moment, and encountering this kind of staff dampens my enthusiasm for dining in the restaurant. Complete payment but I received an incomplete order. I called multiple times but no one answered. Upon checking the receipt, Chicken joy was crash-out although I paid for it (I didn't receive any info if that item was still available or not, I didn't even receive the item or a refund if there was no CJ avail). DO BETTER WITH YOUR SERVICE.

Service was good even when it was a busy lunch time when I came here. The cashier was quick to get my order and process my payment. I waited over 5minutes and my order was completed. Food is as consistent as all the Jollibees you go to.
