Jollibee Fiesta World Mall — Restaurant in Lipa

Manager is not helpful. I'm asking to please out my order because my husband is running late to work and the counter did not inform me that it would take 30 to 45 mins🥹 The manager just ignore me and having the irate face and ask if the counter told me about the promising time. The counter said yes 15 mins but NO they did not give me the waiting time that's why I expect that it would be out for 15 mins because at that moment there are just few customer. Take note my order is just 1pc chicken ala cart and burger and fries. I also work as a Manager in JFC and hell I'm not that kind of manager who's so entitled towards customer. Just simple talk to the customer and be polite that it would be follow up and simple assist them. Iam the only one how's asking for a favor because again I waited 30 mins for that order. Worst Manager I ever encounter. I know now why my friends are saying that mcdo people are so energetic and friendly rather than Jollibee people its start with a Manager to be responsible and assist customer not beinh...

Ordered multiple times at this branch since this is the nearest branch from our house. And it happens for 5 times now that our order was incomplete. There are times that the burger was missing, or sometimes insteax of burger, we received rice. And now this is the third time that our fries was missing. Hoping to improve your service for take out orders. Its hassle on our part go back to the branch to report the missing food, there are times that we just disregard the missing food due to hassle and high traffic that we had to drive in back. Also, please provide receipt so we can make sure if you just punch it wrong or what. And if you can just show us our take out order first before you taped it, it will be much better so we wont be surprised when we got home. Hoping so see better improvement on...

Menu and prices are the same with other store branches.

Service is a bit slow compared with other branches, I dont know if they are understaff or they are just taking it slow since Fiesta World Mall is not too crowded compared with other branches. Most of the time, some menus are not available, I have no idea if the branch sticks to the regular menus considering almost they had few customers.

Staffs are friendly, as what you expect for a Jollibee crew. Mostly their customers are food delivery services, maybe because SM and Robinsons branches are always too crowded of customers.

Store is clean and their tables and chairs are well maintained. Hope this branch will be as lively again as it...
