Jollibee J.P. Laurel Highway — Restaurant in Lipa

I visited this Jollibee location during peak hours, and unfortunately, the operations were poorly managed. The managers weren’t actively guiding the team, resulting in disorganized staff and no one expediting orders.

I decided to give it another chance on a different visit, but the issues remained. The line at the self-service kiosk was long, yet no one was attending the cashier’s counter. When I approached the cashier, I was directed to the kiosk instead—even though I was only ordering an ice cream. It was disappointing to see such a lack of consideration for customer convenience.

This experience was frustrating enough for me to take the time to leave this review. I hope the management improves their oversight and...

I was on the drive thru counter.. About to order the Chicken Sandwich Supreme, then this staff on the window recommended the Smaller version (Crunchy Chicken Sandwich) since it will take10 minutes for them to prepare it. So, i nodded to just get the smaller, plus my all time fave RYC meal.. then I forwarded to the claiming window, when they tell me to wait on the further part - - on the curbside.. so it took me more than 5 minutes waiting there for my order and still not available. If that smaller version will also took that longer to prepare, I should have got the bigger one which i really like at first. That's why I agree to get that because I thought its ready...

I just got my take out atm and would like to enjoy my meal, however palagi ko nalang na eexperience na walang gravy yung chicken meal ko. This is the third time that this happened to me. Please naman, i am a regular customer almost every day and night dyan ako nagtatake out tapos malalaman ko kulang yung meal ko nakaka frustrate. So much more that this happened to me multiple times already. Im hoping that this would be the last time that this would ever happened. Managers, please have the basic etiquette to check carefully the orders para di nakakawalang gana kumain dyan sa branch nyo. Please take time to reflect the necessary...
