Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Lipa

First time getting coffee grounds on our drinks from Starbucks.

Summary: It took us 40 minutes to an hour to get our drink because of an error they couldn't fix immediately.

Still waiting for our refund via Starbucks' app.

The whole story: Ordered through the Starbucks app here so that I would have less exposure to other people as we are in a pandemic. We went in after a few minutes to pick them up, but there were no drinks prepared for our order yet because 3 of our drinks weren't available. They said that they'll cancel those orders, then I asked if we could replace them. They agreed and said that they will refund the 3 non-available drinks through the app.

So I ordered 3 different drinks through the app again. A few minutes later, we were informed that one of our drinks was not available. So I asked them to remove that as well, then asked if we could place a different drink from the counter (since the using the app was a hassle and no one was ordering on the counter atm). They said yes.

We ordered that one different drink over the counter (luckily it was available), hoping that we'd get that one and the rest of our order. Aaaaand... We only got that one drink we ordered over the counter with no paper straw. Waited for the others while staring at the baristas doing nothing. Later, they approached us saying that we order all the orders again on the counter instead. So we did.

I'm sorry to the staff if I looked grumpy by then, but it took us almost an hour to just get us our drinks. Havent received...

These guys replaced my spilled (defective crate) drinks today and made me so very happy as I was back at the store, quite sad, to buy the drinks and pay again. I come to this store to get my occasional latte, and beans for my espresso machine. And honestly I do because the peeps who work here are awesome. Today they gave me another good reason to be here a lot. Thank you guys, you all are great! Needless to say, I highly recommend this branch. Special thanks to Sasa, Gelo, Yann, Lem, Mark, and everyone else who work at this...

Not a lot to be said about this venue - located within a retail area and very large and very busy with people occupying seats and using the internet.

The food and drink is typical of all Starbucks along with the price range.

Quite well presented but sadly the cleaning of tables was not as quick as it could have been - although I also place blame on customers who could have just easily placed their used items in the...
