Jollibee — Restaurant in Lipa

Ordered for dine in and waited for almost 30 mins for my order. But the reason for the delay is because instead of preparing for my order for dine in, they have prepared for a take out order. And of course it is on the take out corner. Had previous experience at the same store. And if I can rate you zero I would. Very bad customer service. Out of all the branches na binibilhan ko, kabukod tangi to na hindi nagle-less ice. I always need to argue with them just to grant my request!!! Ordered for takeout tonight and pagdating ko wala man lang straw!!!!! Di na na-grant request ko, halos wala na lasa dahil natunawan na ng yelo, pinahirapan pa ako uminom!!!

Imbes na ma-relax, ma-stress ka pa eh. So far, di ko pa to na-experience sa McDo. It just happened na this is the most convenient location kapag bumababa ako ng bus about 2hrs from work, tapos ganito.

WORST...

This branch of Jollibee is the slowest fast food I've encountered. It should be slowfood Jollibee branch. 15 mins of waiting time turn into hour. Very disappointed...
