Stressful check in process. Place was good enough but I am disappointed with the service. I am 8 month pregnant and had a long day from a Seminar in Tanauan. First, my booking was online yet my name was not listed when everything was paid in advance thru credit card. Male receptionist had to call someone. Then with the inconvenience the receptionist wanted to put me in a room with fan when confirmation clearly states WITH AIRCON & FLAT TV. I refused but personnel is asking for additional payment. Once again I refused to pay. Money was taken in advance and I paid for what was offered online. First my booking wasn't handled properly and then this. The matter was settled but I was very much disappointed already. a certain female personnel on phone asked me for a copy of confirmation. What added more... room is on 2nd floor and the male personnel didn't even bother to carry my bag which was as heavy as my pregnant tummy. Unless all hotels are fully booked I won't be back...

They were telling us to cancel our booking when we are already on the premise, also it’s clearly stated on the app that it is non-refundable (they also said an option, which is for us to pay more). It was so stressful since it is the first time that we experienced something like this, we obviously booked online for assurance that we have a place to stay in, yet we need to argue with the staff with something that’s not our fault. They let us in after an argument over the phone with the other staff. PLUS, when we got there, there’s NO electricity, it only came back at 1155pm.
