I haven’t been to this jollibee yet, but I just have to put this out there. I booked a party online early last month, paid the down payment within a day, and then paid the rest after 1.5 weeks, in short everything was fully paid. Keep in mind that I booked another party at a different branch for a different group. I was excited, I finally get to celebrate a jollibee party with my cousins. And then all of a sudden I couldn’t access or manage my party details online anymore, this was the same day we paid everything in full. So I waited a few days, thinking it was just that they’re fixing their website and that was fine by me, but here’s where the issue comes in. My aunty went there to just casually eat, and then we asked her if she could check our reservation because I still couldn’t access it still, then they said that they didn’t have my party on their record due to their website being down, they tried rebooking me for a later time or an earlier day, however I really can’t do any other day because we booked a weekend, everyone was supposed to come because it was a weekend.
2 weeks later I asked someone to check my other party and ask if they had it in record, and Lo and behold, they had my party on their record, we got the receipt with no fuss.
Logically when they said that there was a nationwide outage ALL of the jollibee branch data should’ve been erased, just like what they told my auntie.
Because of this we just asked for a refund, because let’s bfr, what’s the point of having a weekday party if the people I invited won’t be able to come because of school and work?
Now please answer me honestly,
How come this was the only branch that lost my party reservation?
How come I have to wait a whole month to get my money back from a big company?
Can you just be honest to me? Because other branches have said their data and reservations were still in their system, and that the money should’ve been...
Read moreJollibee Lipa Uptown is one of the oldest Jollibee branches in Lipa that brings happiness and Pinoy Style fast food. We used to go to Jollibee Lipa Uptown when we were kids to buy yum burgers and play with other kids in their play area. I still remember the slides always got me to stay more than an hour just to play. But now the whole Jollibee experience is different now. Aside from following the trend and new technology. Also the appearance itself has a huge difference when we are kids. But the Jollibee statue is still there with a big small and his cute behind.
Getting back to the present experience. The store now has an ordering kiosk. Where you can choose your order from the screen from side dish to the main food. The food served to me is a little bit colder. The utensils are not heated. I cannot see a smiling face in the crews. But they tried their best to serve you attentively. During the time of my visit there's only one serving cashier. Even the lines are getting longer. The comfort room is a little bit unclean. The floor is wet and slippery. They have lots of table and seating capacity. They also have al fresco dining. The parking is just fine but you have to wait for your spot. The good thing also is they have ramp for PWD. Overall the service and facility can be improved. The food still tastes good. It will bring your inner child and childhood...
Read moreThe female staff with braces handling orders for the drive thru was rude. She has poor customer service skills. She was unhelpful with providing the meal option that we wanted. We also ordered sundaes for the kids of the family behind us and asked to have the sundaes given to them when they take their order. She assured us they will hand the sundaes to the kids, she even counted the number of children so she was fully aware the sundaes were for them. However, to our surprise, the sundaes were handed to us and the family with a group of kids have already left. The kuya who handed us our order told us no instructions were given to him to hand the sundaes to the kids.
Ate, if you see this, you just took away what could've been a fun memory for those kids. Hopefully when you have kids no one robs them of a happy memory. Although I'm sure you'd do that to them...
