My family and I recently discovered a Mumtaz - A Middle Eastern food spot that has quickly become our go-to whenever we need a quick and tasty takeaway meal. We have tried a variety of dishes, including chicken tikka rice, chicken kabsa, beef arayes, shawarma, and chicken masala, and we have been satisfied.

Our toddler is a big fan of the chicken kabsa - it's flavorful and tender, and it's a great way to introduce our little one to new flavors and spices. Meanwhile, my partner and I have fallen in love with the chicken tikka rice, beef arayes, and shawarma - the flavors are complex and well-balanced, and you can always tell the food is freshly prepared.

We have tried other Middle Eastern food spots in the area, but this one stands out for its commitment to preparing food that appeals to Filipino taste buds. The following is the feedback I provided regarding my experience at your restaurant:

I ordered parata and chicken gayrabi with tea. The tea was too sweet, but I found the parata and kabos to be very enjoyable. I appreciate your willingness to adjust the sugar level in the tea, but despite three attempts, it was still too sweet. I believe the sweetness of Karak tea or haleeb tea varies based on the person preparing it. To correct your response yes tea should be sweet but not sugar made of tea as what you have 😒

Even your crew tasted it and told us that the sweetness is getting more and they can't do anything with it, they ended up removing it from the bill.

Place/area was good. Food is fairly manageable. Affordable somehow compare to others. The service was good the crew is very attentive. One thing the tea is horrible this is a followup review from my husband’s rating previously. “Sugar tea”

Upon reviewing some comments i found the responder very unprofessional he/she cant accept negative comments very “patola”! FYI we are here to give honest reviews for you to improve what needs to be improved.. Your crews are good better than you, they accept the imperfections… Your trash attitude should be thrown to the garbage!
