First I would start this review by saying there’s nothing wrong or unusual with the food, it’s the service that ruins it for me. For our somewhat large amount of orders(in terms of quantity) they gave us diminutive tissues that doesn’t suffice a 1:1 ratio in terms of our drinks. Next is that we were supposed to buy pastries from them yet they relegated us to eat outside because of their “no outside food policy” and I know they’re just following orders and such but it’s a turn off from me when one of my cousin only eats selected variety of food, implying that the food he eats isn’t on their menu. If you’re looking for a good and cozy time to enjoy your meal with your friends and family, I wouldn’t recommend this place in particular. I’ve visited this location twice during the holiday season, and both experiences were disappointing. Despite the store being packed, there were only two people working at the counter. On our first visit, it took 17 minutes to receive an order of just two drinks, and the second visit was even worse, with a 20-minute wait. To make matters worse, they added whipped cream to my drink both times, even though I specifically requested no whipped cream. Additionally, the pain au chocolat was served cold, and I had to ask them to warm it up again.
