The Ramen Company’s sushi is delicious and well prepared, except for their Tomago Nigiri. The egg is overcooked and the seaweed wrapping is too chewy.
Their ramen offerings are limited to four types. I ordered their pork ramen. I was disappointed. It consists of noodles, a small piece of pork, a half hardboiled egg, and a pinch of leaks. Authentic ramen is served with more meat, and more ingredients. What I was served looked like what my son cooks at home using a “Lucky Me” ramen package. The broth tasted fine and there were plenty of noodles. When I order out for authentic Japanese ramen, I expect more than a bowl of noodles, broth and a sparse ingredients.
