Bloom and Brew Cafe — Restaurant in Mabalacat

Bloom and Brew has quickly become my go-to café, and I’ve visited four times in just under a month! Bloom and Brew stands out not just for its delicious yet affordable menu but also for its welcoming and homey atmosphere.

I’ve been trying to stay away from the more upscale, “fancy” cafes lately, and Bloom and Brew offers the perfect escape. The cozy indoor space can get a bit noisy when it’s busy, but they have a spacious al fresco area where you can sit back and relax. There’s something peaceful about enjoying the fresh air while watching kids play in the nearby park and cars pass by – it really gives off that laid-back, “slow day” vibe.

Food-wise, their truffle pasta is my absolute favorite. It’s perfectly cooked with just the right amount of truffle flavor. And when I’m feeling really hungry, their all-day breakfast never disappoints! On my third visit, I was pleasantly surprised when a lady, whom I believe is the owner, recognized me. Her warm and approachable attitude really sets the tone for the café. She’s hands-on with the customers, and her consistency in customer care extends to the rest of the staff, who are always smiling and attentive.

We visited Bloom and Brew at Clark Base, right near the park where all the old planes and helicopters are displayed as part of the outdoor museum. There’s also a nearby playground, which makes it a nice stop for families or anyone just out for a relaxing day.

Surprisingly, this café turned out to be a real gem. The atmosphere inside is simple and comforting—nothing too fancy, but cozy and welcoming. Outside, you get a lively view of people enjoying the park, playing, and having picnics. I actually think that adds to the charm.

The price point is very budget-friendly, which makes the quality even more impressive. I had their iced mocha, and it was smoothly blended and just right—not too sweet, not too bitter. I also tried their salted caramel cheesecake, which was delicious and satisfying. They recommended the Basque matcha cheesecake, which I didn’t get to try this time, but I’ll definitely go for it on my next visit.

Guess who found a new post for a much-needed serotonin boost? Me! The cafe name says it all! 🌸 This coffee shop is filled with plants and flowers, paint and other vintage items.

I love how the cafe looks really traditional! Vibes are bright, sunny, and warm! This place was constructed is inside a historical park. Yes, sobrang peaceful niya lalo with the relaxing atmosphere & fresh air 😩 Got to skip modern aesthetics for now. I want more of this ambiance! ☀️

Tried their strawberry latte and it was so good! I actually wanted to try their coffee pero unfortunately, there was no electricity when we were here 🥺 sayang! Maybe next time.
