This branch has a nice location. If you need to go anywhere within Palanan, pedicab drivers are right outside. Be mindful though, especially first-timers, because they might throw you a different price. Jeepneys and buses are also accessible, but with the proper mindset, Taft Avenue is already walking-distance. There's a new and trending food place across the street, but you can't go wrong with Jollibee.

All food items, overall, are generally delicious. For my last visit, I'd say the Tuna Pie was great! The filling was hot, the flavor was tasty, and the coating was crunchy. Getting another on my next visit at any branch is...

Just wanna share this really bad experience sa Jollibee bautista. So ayun mga nasa 5 lang kaming tao nun dun na customer and then yung iba naka upo na and just waiting for the food so kami nalang yung oorder and this one crew named john rey was so disrespectful like nung kami na yung oorder sabi nya teka lang teka lang so i was shocked by the attitude of that crew but then pinalagpas namin then nag order kami ng bucket of chicken joy half spicy then half original yung flavor then ang sabi namin ok lang ba kung thigh part sabi nya no so sabi namin ok lang pero ok lang ba na mas lamang yung thigh part and then sabi nya 20mins so sabi namin ok lang then nung naka upo kami umorder yung mommy ko ng food para sa younger brother ko kasi ayaw nya ng chicken so nung oorder na si mommy sabi ng mommy ko sakanya excuse me sir pa order po then hindi nya pinansin na as if hindi nag sasalita yung mommy ko so ayun na inis si mommy pero wala naman syang sinabi so ayun umorder si mommy and yung tone nung crew habang nag ttake ng order eh parang iritang irita sya sa mom ko kaya nagalit si mommy at nag sungit na din fast forward ang tagal naming nag wait ng order like 30mins yata kaming nandun kung hindi i fofollow up yung order hindi pa ma aasikaso then eto yung natanggap namin sakanila gravy na tapon tapon sa loob ng plastic and a standard na dressing daw ng yum burger. nag complain ako about sa yum burger kasi sabi ko parang halos walang dressing yung yum burger na binili namin ang sagot nila sakin "standard yan and wala po kayong perang ibinayad para sa extra dressing nag request lang kayo" so i said ok and just left. PS. katabi nya yung manager nila the whole time nakaka lungkot lang na they tolerate that kind of behavior...

The previously agreed delivery time was 8.00am-8.15am, we called at 8.10am to follow up, and they said the delivery up to arrive, but didnt happen because they forgot, they delivered at 8.55am, they are so unprofessional, they lie to the clients. The kids at school no longer had time to eat the food. Be aware of this place! If they don't care about such easy arrangements, they obviously won't take care of the customers, so obviously they will be lacking in every aspect of the restaurant. Worst fast food...
