We celebrated our anniversary here, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Our server, Sir Neil, was incredibly accommodating and took the time to explain each dish in detail, which made the entire meal even more enjoyable. Chef Edward was equally impressiveāhis deep knowledge of the cuisine truly showed through the quality and presentation of each course.
This was our first time trying a tasting menu, and it completely exceeded our expectations. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. Considering the quality of the food, the level of service, and the overall dining experience, we found it to be well worth the price.
Weāre already looking forward to coming backāhopefully next time, weāll have the chance to experience the menu curated by Kodama-san himself when he's in the Philippines.
