Jollibee - Xentro Mall Malolos — Restaurant in Malolos

We ate here just a few hours ago and the female crew was very rude and unprofessional!! My husband was just asking for straws for our drinks, and the crew/cashier declined his request and vehemently insisted that she cannot give us anymore straws. My daughter later saw that the cashier/crew started speaking to my husband in a very loud and shrill voice, saying 'ako na, ako na ang may kasalanan!!," while giving my husband dagger looks and throwing stuff around in anger. My husband later spoke to the manager and the manager apologized on behalf of the female crew/cashier, but the crew/cashier did not offer any apologies at all! I rarely comment on incidents like this, but because of the unbecoming behavior of the female crew/cashier, I approached the counter and told the manager that since they are all in the customer service industry, the female crew/cashier's behavior was uncalled for and a poor representation of what customer service is all about, let alone what image the Filipino-owned franchise sets in the eyes of their customers and the world. I used to like Jollibee and patronize it since it is "Proudly Pinoy," but now I have learned my lesson and I will never go to Jollibee ever again!!! me and my friends ordered meals at around 11:40 am today (May 30, 2025). at around 12:05 pm the first two orders of my friends arrived (2 mix and match orders), however mine was not included. i thought it would only take awhile for it to be ready. my friends already finished their meals and mine was still missing (we followed up the order two times), and was told that the order (only the chicken fillet) needed 20 mins for preparation. we asked to take it out as we were on a rush (we had an appointment in angeles, pampanga at 2:00pm). me and my friends, then, decided to wait in front of the hand off counter so that the crew would act in urgency. we understand that we ordered during the peak hour, however having to follow the order twice should be a call for assistance already. in the end, we did not claim the order as it was already 12:25pm and we needed to leave. i hope for the branch to add more staff on duty during this...
