I had been craving a Jollibee Burger and French Fries for a week, so I finally decided to visit the nearest Jollibee. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a self-ordering screen panel, making the process easy and hassle-free. However, I was informed that my order would take some time because the kitchen was processing orders one by one.
I waited in the takeout area, surrounded by other customers who were also waiting for their orders. After almost 50 minutes, I became increasingly irritated—especially with kids running around, and one who suddenly shouted for no reason. When my order was finally ready, the service crew didn’t even apologize for the long wait. I thanked her, but she didn’t bother to say thank you in return.
Feeling famished after the long wait, I decided to find a seat and eat my food. I started with the fries, which were very hot and crispy—just the way I like them. Seats have no rubber stoppers and an accident waiting to happen. Only 2 counters were open and there were about at least 12 customers already in line. Senior Citizens not given priority....
