McDonald's Malolos Bayan — Restaurant in Malolos

We recently ordered from McDonald’s Bayan but, unfortunately, received the wrong items despite the receipt showing our order correctly. When we reached out to report the issue, we were disappointed by the response we received. Rather than an apology or compensation for their mistakes, we received a rude tone and disrespectful behavior. To add to our disappointments, our calls were hung up on—not once, but twice.

We understand the staff may be handling a large number of orders, but this doesn’t excuse the lack of respect we experienced. After waiting an additional 30 minutes, we received only a small fries as compensation. We simply wanted to enjoy our meal but instead encountered unnecessary frustration. We hope that our feedback can lead to improvements in service, as we’d still like to support our local McDonald's if these issues...

I don't like the service, I had a short experience but its bad, the moment I enter I thought its gonna be easy since I was the only one at the counter, there was a crew there wearing a gray uniform I guess that is the manager who are taking pictures of the menu and pretend that she did not saw after looking at me and proceed in the kitchen, and then another lady show up and just look at me then ignore and go back to the kitchen.. Like no one care to take the order like there are 3 unattended counters.. And when finally someone took my order guess what, no available drinks but pineapple juice and you will be force to add Php 10.00 to get a meal.. I just order ala carte since I dont like...

Mcdonalds stores arent known for very friendly staff but this is extra unwelcoming. kahit nakamask alam mong nakasimangot haha. The air quality inside the store is so damp. it feels so humid. It's not stinky but it does not smell good either. Do yourself a favor and get seated outside. The stray cats and dogs are friendlier than the staff. loljk.

Food quality? not the best among the mcdonalds in town. fried chicken is especially worse.

Restrooms are disgusting.

Great parking and great product...
