My friend ordered the Sizzling Ribeye Steak, and the serving time took unusually long. When we followed up, the staff realized that our order had been mixed up with another customer’s. What happened next was very disappointing.
The manager (a bald man) got visibly angry at the server and insisted that the other customer pay for both meals—his original order and the one that was mistakenly given to him (which was supposed to be ours). It was clearly their error, yet they made the other customer shoulder the cost without even offering an apology.
We could see that the customer was annoyed, but he chose not to make a scene. He even returned his untouched meal to the counter to show he hadn’t eaten it—yet he still had to pay. No apology was offered to him or to us. There was zero accountability from the staff.
What made it worse was that after the customer left, the manager casually sat down and ate the meal the customer paid for. It was honestly very disrespectful and left a bad impression.
This experience made it clear to us that the restaurant does not value customer service or fairness. Definitely not...
