KFC — Restaurant in Mandaluyong

I always regret going to this KFC Branch, but I really love KFC, so I sometimes forget that I hate it here. My most recent visit was this weekend. They served me crunchy burnt rice. The macaroni salad's serving was so sour, it felt like eating pickles. Their gravy was so bland I thought it was the mushroom soup. Of course, lets not forget their prized chicken -- how was it? My overall general observation of KFC where ever I go--Caloocan, Robinsons Pioneer, here, etc is the Quality of service. the crews just dont seem to care for the welfare of their customers which means they dont care about how long the customer lined up their queue, how long is the waiting time for pending orders to be served, etc. What I like with KFC nowadays is that they are investing with TVCs that are really convincing. i just hope that this is aligned to how they service...

Stupid manager, wrong order, depressing atmosphere. Paid ₱470 for a meal and got a wrong order worth ₱405 and the manager kept insisting that it was the right order. The order was also late so I just accepted it.
