McDonald's — Restaurant in Mandaluyong

Worst Mcdo branch. 0 management and care for customers. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This branch is a joke and it isn’t an overstatement.

Stood for 30+ mins waiting for a Happy Meal 4pc Nuggets, Coffee, 2 Crispy Chicken Sandwiches, 2 Mcflurries. So irritating to see people who ordered 15mins later than me get their orders first. Tried walking up to the staff and all they do is avoid me and pretend I’m not there. All they care about are dine-in customers. To note, drinks and fries had less portions as well.

What’s worse is how their so-called “self-service” kiosk doesn’t display that their Minecraft toys were out. Wasted money on a happy meal and got my cousin’s hopes up just for it to all be shattered, unknowingly. The funny thing is when they handed my order out the toy replacement wasn’t even there. I had to ask them where it is and only then I knew they were out of stock and proceeded to make me choose between obvious old toys that they had on-hand, which were books btw. A book...

Unsatisfactory Service and Unaccommodating Crew I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent interaction with Mcdo.

Firstly, the service provided was notably poor. There were significant delays, lack of communication, and an overall lack of attention to detail that made the experience frustrating.

Furthermore, the crew was unaccommodating and unhelpful. When I approached them with concerns, they were dismissive and showed little interest in resolving the issues. Their lack of professionalism and courtesy was disheartening and further exacerbated an already unpleasant situation.

I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and given the best possible service. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my recent experience with your company. In Mandaluyong, face shields are no longer required so we didn't bring one especially since we were ordering for take out anyway. As we arrived, the guard signalled to wear face shields and since we didn't have any suggested foe us to buy. Thing is, he didn't even ask if we were dining in or ordering take out.

Good thing we saw that they had a "Park and Wait" option. Forgot what it's properly called. We asked the guard if pwede to just order outside and he said yes. In my mind my thoughts were "PWEDE NAMAN PALA YUN. DI NA KAILANGAN PUMASOK. DI KAILANGAN NG FACE SHIELD. BAKIT MO KAMI PINAPABILI NG FACE SHIELD?"

While we were there, some people arrived without face shields also and again the guard just signalled to wear face shields. So they just left. Sayang potential sales. Buti na lang mabait yung kahera and maayos...
