Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Mandaluyong

I've been a loyal customer to pizza hut eversince I have had a taste of their food but this specific branch, is not a resto but in fact a fastfood. Though they have a menu for their products. But orders come entirely from their cashier. Another thing is their food is not like any other pizza hut branches. Their pizza is, I think, has less toppings than the usual pizza hut pizzas. And my goodness! This branch's mushroop soup is so clear that I can see the bottom of the "cup" because they didnt put any cream in it. Lastly, they don't greet when you enter their branch and dont even say thank you when you leave. I would not recommend this branch at all. I should put no stars but I still love pizza hut. The food is good, especially the carbonara. However, the atmosphere feels a bit off. The manager and staff (except for the cashier) aren't very welcoming. It wasn't busy at all—our group was the only one dining in, aside from a few delivery riders from Lalamove and Foodpanda. Despite this, the manager seemed stressed and never smiled. I can't help but wonder if this was because we were using a 50% discount offered by a credit card company. The store's nice on the inside. Quite disappointed when we first came as the A/C's out and my partner has to bear with their electric fan. I hope they'll improve their facilities as they haven't got Gcash. It's sad that we couldn't use our promo voucher. :(
