Jollibee Pritil Market — Restaurant in Manila

My daughter celebrated her birthday here and we had a lot of visitors.

The overall event is not organized. I even came to the store a day before to update the food, yet I was given a paper to write my orders. They seem to be in a rush. I was expecting we will sit together, and they will clarify how things will go in the party.

And so it is, during the party, my guests were all not seated. The CELEBRATOR doesn't have a spot in front. The emcee's program isn't organized. He has two games which repeated over and over again which only accommodated the adults. The game took so long that guests are starving already.

The food served? NOT FOLLOWED ACCORDING TO MY INSTRUCTIONS.

THE TODDLER GUESTS? No food served.

Walang sapat na upuan. Magulo. Walang plano. Kulang kulang. Walang prizes as games, nagkulang. Walang gift si celebrator e nasa contract. Hindi lahat nabigyan ng same food as ordered.

Visited last Wednesday, September 25 around 7pm since my niece and nephews requested Jollibee. I had worst experience here before so i have this impression that it might be the same again. Anyway, i ordered the following:

3- 1pcs chicken 1- Yum with cheese meal 2- Spaghetti

Since i have my kids with me, my plan is for take out only. I didn’t mentioned any part for the chicken since i want to erase my impression.

But when i got home. Voila! All of the 3 chicken meals are leg part. I understand that they might have large volume of dine in customers that time, but what is not acceptable is not even one of my chicken order had bigger part.

Hope they can improve since we all loved...

I visited Jollibee Nicolas Zamora branch many times and their service is not improving over and over again. I was quite disappointed with the experience. The portion sizes were inadequate, particularly the spaghetti sauce, which was sparse. We ordered 5 coca cola drinks but they don’t have it so we chose the pineapple juice instead, but when it arrived the pineapple juice taste like water and the chicken was dry and lacked flavor even I paid extra 20 pesos for the spicy flavor. Additionally, the staff and cashier seemed inattentive and lazy, which detracted from the overall dining experience. The guard is disrespectful. Overall, it was a letdown and not up to the...
