Mang Inasal Puregold Tayuman Pritil — Restaurant in Manila

Hello! Me and my girlfriend went through your store on 28th of February 2025, 8:40 pm. All of your crew did amazing! First we assist with smile of your cashier. Next is the manager who has initiative to have our additional order instead of us consuming the time to take stairs and make an effort to fall in line again. (At that time, we do have our orders on our table.) Lastly, to the crew who made an effort to give us not just a rice that she served but also a soup for us. (This is not common compare to the other stores that we've been.) To Sir Guard, thank you so much to open and closing the doors for the customers and you're not taking your seat. (We saw it from before and after we ate) Thank you so much for your service and we're delighted to come to your store even if it cost a ride. Worst Mang Inasal branch!!!

-we were talking about getting a seat upstairs but the cashier told us to dine in fl1 -the table she alloted to us wasn't even clean. We had to wait and ask a dining staff for bus out -30 minutes passed, my boyfriend followed up our order. After 45 minuted I also went to the counter to follow up -we waited for 50 long minutes(!!!) for our food and the chicken served to my boyfriend is still bloody. Like literally the blood is dripping! Even the staff we returned the chicken to made an ashamed + disgusted expression when he saw the chicken -we both have add on halo-halo but cashier only punched 1 -we ordered iced tea but was given coke. At least the manager took action here and apologized -we were finally able to eat exactly 1 hour after placing our order -rice refills are always nearly empty and not enough

We will never go back to...

This is the worst Mang Inasal branch. I was waiting for almost 5 minutes just for a couple of glass of water after dining in and everyone behind the counter has deliberately ignored me (either they're all blind or deaf) and to add to that, customer service here is way below average. Even the so called "manager" is like a zombie that needs to review his position and consider going back to being a regular staff. The cashiers don't even know what they're selling and the crew are soooo LAZY! I will report this to upper management for immediate action as this is just...
