Pancake House Otis — Restaurant in Manila

Have been coming here since 2018. Late December 2023 we found several strands of hair in our food. We complained and they didn’t do anything about it. The chef came out of the kitchen to go to the bathroom with no hair net whatsoever. We were in pure disgust considering the hair was at the bottom of our food meaning we found strands of hair when we’ve eaten more than half of our food.Fast forward to March 17, 2024 we have been waiting for more than 30 mins and the food arrived cold. Service by the attendants were fair but the kitchen staff needs improvement towards sanitary measures and they take too much time cooking the food considering there weren’t alot of ppl in the restaurant by the time we were there. It’s very questionable when there were just 3 tables being served and our food takes 40 mins to arrive… mash potatoes are very inconsistent, sometimes it’d be dense, and at times it’d be a...

Ordered House Special A (Taco, spag, chicken fillet with bread) and Bangus Daing rice.

House special was yummy. Maybe the Spaghetti sauce sweetness can be lessened for a healthier option. No need to imitate Jokibee’s spag sauce.

Bangus Daing could also be lessened for its saltiness as not everyone would like to eat it with vinegar dip.

It would do good for the customers to have a healthier meal in general. And hopefully lessen the ingredients costs for the owners.

Server’s attentiveness are noticable where ever you dine at any Pancake House’s branch.

It would be great if they greet the customers with a smile and Good morning or afternoon upon entering...

It's a tiny branch but very quiet and cozy especially in the morning. We ordered Beef Tapa and Pork Tocino (bought together at P399 including iced tea for both), both with fair serving size and lotsa garlic rice too. They tasted good, were tender, and were presented as small cuts, but the tapa was slightly better since it had more flavor.
