I waited almost 3 hours for my order to be delivered. After calling the branch, they admitted they had "overlooked" my order and promised a complimentary item as compensation. However, when the delivery arrived, there was no complimentary item included. I believe this reflects poorly on your service, and I strongly recommend re-training your staff to avoid similar issues...
