I usually stay away from any SM malls but I had no choice because I needed something that has more options in SM than Ayala Feliz. I can't book grab because no one was accepting it (probably because of surge since it was raining a little) last Sunday, Oct 6 so I decided to go to the taxi stand in the main entrance. I was 2nd in line and 2 taxis arrived. The people in front of me already went inside the first taxi but was advised by the driver that he wants passenger/s around Marikina area only. They told the driver not to stay in the taxi stand and they were screaming at each other because the driver keeps on insisting, they can pick customers, its their right blah blah. Then the other taxi also wanted passengers around Marikina only. I joined in the screaming because both taxis are staying in the TAXI STAND. There was a guard there who was doing nothing. I even asked him to tell the taxis to leave the taxi stand, but no, he didnt do anything. I will sure stay away from this mall and I hope those inconvenienced will...

Sept. 23, 2020, Our 1st visit. Not much people, so it's good for social distancing. It may not be that big compare to the other SM Malls but big enough. Looks clean. They seem to have enough parking space and a lot of taxi available at the taxi bay area. Though the guards don't seemed to be attentive. The guard at the Supermarket hardly want to answer question, when we asked which way can we go to wait for our grab ride. Same as the guard at the exit/entrance, seemed to be unattentive because he directed us to go at the taxi bay area, even i told him that we're going to wait for our grab ride, there at the main entrance. It's our 1st visit, so we just followed, thinking it's not allowed to wait there. We didn't have enough time to inform the grab rider because he arrived sooner. So, we had to cross back at the main entrance.

But despite our quite not good experience w/the guards, we will still consider going back, hopefully it will be...
