We ordered a frappe from the store. Turned out that the milk used has a mouldy smell. Politely reported the drink and informed them about the issue. The drink was replaced but no apology was made. The manager/supervisor gave a judgemental look. The staff also said to check the drink first before going out of the store. They made us feel like it was our fault for the drink to taste and smell like that even wala pang 5 mins bumalik agad kami sa store lol.
