Simple no-frills but reliable restaurant for your chicken katsu fix. Their menu is straightforward. They have other items in the menu such as curry, gyoza, miso soup, among a few other things. Got the chicken katsu which came with 1 cup rice and served on a bed of cabbage for Php 190 (No SC). Serving size was a bit generous for 1 pax. I'm satisfied with the chicken. It was crunchy (and yes oily lol) and the sauce (soy based I think) was bagay! Notes: Super limited parking space across (for 2 cars only afaik) They issue receipt IF you ask for it (please do! If not, they issue the order slip only, so sad)

I really enjoyed their katsu! The presentation is distinct from that of other Japanese restaurants. They also provide portions! My spouse had to assist me in finishing the katsu. As for the curry, my husband claimed it just tasted like regular curry, which I don't think is a bad thing! Their miso and gyoza taste similar to those seen in other restaurants. If you go here, I recommend getting the katsu, which is their signature dish.

The katsu tastes good. The place is a little bit ordinary, the ambiance doesn't have the Japanese vibe resto. Easy to find and have a parking area. Will come back again. 👌

Their Chicken Katsu and Katsu Salad are superb, especially when dining in. Other menu items like the sukiyaki gyoza and curry are also great. The air-conditioning is excellent! super chilly! The only downside for me is the restroom at the Lilac branch, which could really use some cleaning. But overall, I...
