To tell you frankly, I didn’t enjoy my stay there. I am deeply disappointed to what the staffs showed to us. Me and my friends went there around 8:45 tonight since we were looking for a peaceful place to unwind after a long and tiring week from work. I saw your store somewhere from a fb post and at first glance honestly, it’s a perfect place to have some quality time to spend with your loved ones talk about work.

Initially, we wanted to stay inside the store. BUT since your staff said “sa labas na lang kayo” as if we only went there just to stay without ordering anything?? Like really? So okay, i chose to understand. WE CHOSE to understand. With unsatisfaction, we stayed outside instead as they wished.

Then they gave the menu, we ordered some drinks, to cut the story short, If they only had just asked us in the first place that they will be closing soon, they could have at least asked us to let our orders to be taken out instead because i would really understand rather than letting us stay to dine in but will cut our stay really short without us letting know is such a really disrespectful behavior. Imagine, we did not even stay more than 20 mins since we needed to finish it as soon as possible as your staffs had to go home already?

Sorry but as your customers, first you could have at least gave us a heads up about your cut off time at least we have an idea right? Pero wala.

Secondly, just for respect, kung meron man, sana humingi man lang kayo ng abiso na you had to turn off the store lights and electric fan already. Imagine, i was drinking my order then you turned off everything. Hindi niyo ba kami customer? What a service.

And what really made me shocked, we were still on the table pero kayo nauna na samin umuwi, wow. Sad to think but is that how you treat your customers? Unbelievable.

We went there to order some drinks around 8:45PM. The staffs stopped us for entering and told us to stay outside but it's okay. Yes I understand that they already want to go home since it's too late. They close all the lights including the fan outside. We are not yet done with the drinks we ordered and we saw them going out one by one. I can't believe it! They left us there. We ordered brewed coffee, nachos, a pizza, 2 slices of cake and 2 frozen drinks. The portions were ok. The pizza was simple. 3M simple. For the price of 580, the quality should not be something you will get from frozen pizza. The nachos were presented ok, but pilling it up and expecting that 50g of meat and a few ml of cheese to get most of it is a bit too much. Readjust the recipe please. Cake was ok. The drinks were ok but the price point is pegged as Manila Hotel coffee. It would seem that the price point is pegged as an overlooking view price.
