My husband and I used to frequent Fat Cousin's Marikina since it first opened up to two months before it closed - and we truly grieved! But then it reopened - blessed be, what wonderful news! Hence, as returning customers, we dropped by one February evening... and immediately felt a bit frustrated. The place no longer has the relaxed 'diner' vibe because everything in the menu has become a bit pricey. Besides expanding the venue sideward, the restroom is now inside the dining area; in fact, we were seated just two or three feet away from it, with its door constantly being left open by users, thus causing much annoyance to my husband. I hope the Fat Cousins Admin could try to remedy this unpleasant location. I doubt placing a divider could solve this, because they have maximised the use of floor area by placing three dining tables along the narrow corridor leading and adjacent to the CR. Perhaps, simply removing the dining tables would absolitely do the trick... or, they can just attach an automatic closing mechanism on...

It's a neighborhood diner in Parang Marikina. Neatly and comfy western inspired diner inside with clean toilets. Well lit, naturally and artificially. Good air-conditioning but the accoustic treatment needs some working. Noise bounces here and there. Nice view of small garden at the back with open air accommodation. Food is your regular chicken rice/steak rice etc. Kids will love as weekend treat. No vegan options at the time...
