During my first time in a café, I gauge the coffee based on the basic brewed coffee, or if available, the espesso.
Unfortunately, the coffee was burnt and bitter and I couldn't finish my drink. It was served too hot and scalding.
This is the kind of coffee that's not meant to be enjoyed on its own, but is either drunk for the caffeine or meant to be doused with a lot of flavoring, sugar, and milk, which I understand is itself a big market. Coffee like this is usually priced lower, but the menu here has the same rates as specialty coffee shops.
The bike parking facilities can be made more secure, especially as the café started out by serving bikers as a pop-up store. Serving the drinks in glassware or ceramic mugs will not only enhance the beverage experience but help the environment, too.

While I'm not a coffee drinker, I still tried the place for the vibes. I ordered matcha latte with soymilk, which was too sweet and too frothy but I appreciated that they had a milk substitute.
