update for this store this year Place : ⭐⭐⭐⭐Good place also with room for events sanitary : ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ security: with security guard on door very friendly Open space :⭐⭐⭐ siksikan but organize plaze maximize space for all customers table and chairs : with steel chair with sofa like chairs ambience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ instagrammable place with neon lights and old school theme design menu: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ with grilled/on sisig plates ,chicken spag combos drinks :⭐⭐ water soda and shakes dessert: the have solo cakes salad:⭐⭐⭐ vegie salads are avaible we tried nena salad its carrot with singkamas and sweet peanuty sesame sauce on lettuce cake: solo cakes location:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ centro naga city very easy to locate parking:⭐ parking only avail for 2 four wheelers and 4 motorcycles so better eat fast haha.or park in a nearby area food: ⭐⭐⭐we already tried baby back ribs so far so good super tender and juicy maeinated well, tender loin tips and beef salpicao .. good servings pero talagang maalat haha. need more rice, spag is not so sweet pizza bread the best. chicken is theier best food for me ♥️ and lastly the tower burger prices ranges: from 199 to 400plus taste⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ crew/staff:⭐⭐⭐⭐( madaming crew they were also active in asking what you need very friendly and approachable wifi:❌❌ coffee: no child friendly ⭐⭐⭐ not really masikip...

The ambiance and the food were great pero hindi kami natuwa sa service. So this is what happened to us. I'm with my friends, 6 kami lahat. Dahil 6 kami, 2 kaming nag order. Yung isang kasama ko nag order para sa kanya and sa 2 pa naming kasama and ako naman nag order para sakin and sa 2 pa naming kasama. Habang nasa pila, may nagtatanong kung anong order namin and sinusulat sa papel yung order and we will just show it sa cashier para mas mabilis yung order. I ordered 3x 1 pc chicken with rice, 1 iced tea and 2 7up na drinks. Yun yung nakasulat sa papel. Nung nasa counter na, binigay ko yung papel inulit nung cashier yung order. Narinig pa nung kasama ko yung last na sinabi nang cashier which is "2 7-up na drinks". So after naming magbayad bumalik na kami sa table namin. Nauna mag order yung kasama ko pero naunang binigay yung order namin. Pero nagtaka kami kasi may 2 soup sa order namin which is hindi naman namin inorder pero wala yung 2 7-up na drinks (kahit yung nasa resibo 2 soup yung nakalagay). So nagtanong kami sa waitress kung saamin ba talaga yun. Sinabi namin na walang soup sa order namin. Pero yung waitress parang nainis tapos nilapag niya bigla yung 2 soup tapos sinabi niya "check nyo nalang po sa resibo." tapos kinuha niya na yung number tapos biglang umalis. Hindi pa nga lahat nabibigay yung order kasi wala pa yung iced tea. Nainis talaga kami nun. Tapos nagdadalawang isip pa kami kung ibabalik ba namin yung 2 soup pero in the end hindi na namin binalik. Tapos after ilang minutes hindi pa rin dumadating yung order nung kasama ko. Eh mas nauna pa silang mag order kesa sakin. So naghintay kami nang ilang minuto kasi baka nahuli lang ibigay. Pero mahigit 20 mins na wala pa rin so nagtanong na kami sa mga waiter na dumadaan kung pwedeng pa follow up kasi kanina pa yung order at wala pa rin. Ilang waiter ang tinanong namin at tinanong rin kami kung ano yung order namin nang ilang beses pero walang nagbigay nung order namin. Past 12 noon na yun so gutom na talaga kami nun. Siguro mahigit 30 mins silang naghintay bago dumating yung order. Thanks to kuya MJ (tinandaan talaga namin yung name niya to say thank u) yung kuya waiter na nagbigay nang order namin. Sa dami dami nang nagtanong nung order namin, si kuya lang yung umaksyon agad. I hope he will have a salary raise kasi kitang kita yung sipag niya sa trabaho niya. Idk kung babalik pa ko sa Biggs kasi madalas talaga kami sa Biggs with my family and ngayon lang yun nangyari. I hope hindi na maulit yun sa iba. Sorry if I rant here. On this occasion the food left a lot to be desired. My beef salpicao didn't qualify in looks, appearance or taste as beef salpicao. And my wife's beef tenderloin tips looked and tasted exactly the same as my dish. Then the veg, I'd guess microwaved straight out of the freezer? So... Not at all happy this time with the main. The Ripe Mango Shake however, never fails to make my tummy smile. As always, Biggs staff are very polite, courteous, helpful and friendly. So, don't let my food review knock your confidence about this place, my guess is the chef(s) was(were) just having a bad day on...
