NAGA REGENT HOTEL — Hotel in Naga

We have a 2 day sampling activity at the Naga City People's Market and I looked for a place to stay which is walking distance and I found Regent Hotel. Everything looks perfect on their website but do not be deceived!||The room was so dirty that molds can be clearly seen on the tiles in their bathroom! While arranging my pillow to leave, I saw a cockroach underneath it which means that I was sleeping with a cockroach last night!||I thought I could just move on by transerring to a different hotel and here comes another issue, I availed their promo room because the only difference from their regular price and promo is that the regular room comes with breakfast and shuttle to the airport. Why would I need a shuttle to the airport when I drove from Manila to naga? Why would I have breakfast at the hotel when I will be on thw event from 5am to lunch? During check out, I ws informed by the front desk that I can not use a credit card because I availed the promo. Say what now?! Plus the girl was so rude!||And to think that they have a sticker on their door that says they are one of Bicol's finest is a disgrace to its people!||Plus, their hallway is like a horror movie in the making! The elevator re-opens midway as if someone is coming in!||I would never check in this...

Last April 2017 my family went to Naga for my brother's wedding. So we are entitled 1 room accommodation for the grooms family. Since the room for us still use by the photographer, i went down to the lobby to check if there's room available near to my brother's room. the front office staff are arguing something in the telephone about the ojt (i guess) but she still acting like no one was in front of her. this one girl staff keep looking at me and didn't do anything. (Hello! im a guest!) they keep on arguing to that issue. and i asked for the room if there's available. So inside the room, i want to charge my phone and both outlet were not working! we call the lobby and attention the maintenance for the said outlet but suddenly nobody come. i approach the housekeeper but she neglected me! i call the lobby thrice! the room was old and the ceiling had sea page. i hope the management will give attention to this comment and learn how to train the staff with proper gesture, talk to the guest with etiquette and focus to the...

We booked at this hotel last September 2016 for the Penafrancia Festival.||||The room we got was spacious but a little outdated, the airconditioning unit is sufficient for the area of the room. The comfort room was ok. No Wifi inside the rooms. Even if the hotel was located beside the street, the noise level was pretty low. ||||The food from the restaurant was not ok. For the price it could be better. The free breakfast is not that good. ||||There is a videoke room at the restaurant, we haven't tried it yet.||||One ride away from SM Naga(about 10 to 15 minutes if you will ride the jeepney). Walking distance to the market(where you can buy souvenirs, pili tart, pili candy, abaca slippers). 5 minute walk to the city park. ||||All of the staff here are friendly and accommodating. The parking of the hotel is limited. Guests need to arrive early so that they maybe able to avail of the parking slots in front of the hotel. ||||||Overall we were satisfied with this hotel!
