Greenwich — Restaurant in Naga

I had lunch at Greenwich Galleria Naga City today and would like to share my experience. I ordered Meal E at around 11:56 AM and was very satisfied with it — the chicken was perfectly crunchy, and the pizza slice was delicious.

At around 12:03 PM, I also ordered a Solo Lasagna, which I was really looking forward to. Unfortunately, it was quite dry and stuck to the plate, which made it less enjoyable. I hope the team can look into this, as lasagna is one of my favorites, and I was really craving it today.

On a positive note, I’d like to commend the staff member in a black polo shirt who assisted me. He was very attentive and provided excellent service throughout my visit. I truly appreciated his professionalism.

Food is great BUT I was about to park my car yet no one assisted me to remove the signage that state RESERVED FOR GREENWICH so I had to get out to remove it to be able to parked then someone immediately placed the signage back in front of my car and I asked someone to remove it but they said "bakit aalis na ba? Madali lang namin yan alisin mamaya" but when I was to go out no one remove it.

I ordered 4 large pans of lasagna yet no one assisted me to carry it.

Then after, no one removed the signage I even made a follow up but no one remove it.

Every year Greenwich is my go to pasta chain to Celebrate my Birthday/New year yet this is the only branch that disappointed me.

I even messaged the number that was provided in the receipt yet no one responded

We decided to dine in bandang mga 4:40 p.m (di ko na sabihin ang day) and even though the security guard greeted us kindly and the food we ordered was great, I will never forget the bad customer service of those who took our orders-- napakaunapproachable. It was our last jam pa naman before our friend go to Manila to work there permanently kaya naman nabadmood kami all throughout our stay.
