Worst experience ever. We just ordered lunch yesterday and they got nothing right, from the cashier to serving and getting our orders right.
The kiosk interface was confusing. They also take more than 5 minutes to punch an order per customer. I have to stand there for 30 mins just to pay for my order. Even the person behind me is already cursing the cashier. After paying at the cashier, I thought everything was already okay. All we need to do was wait for the food but no, I'm wrong. We waited there for a long time.
Our order should be serving that time but they served us the wrong order. We tried following them up countless of times but the crews just kept shooing us away in the fear of getting scolded by their managers or whatever. They lost our order and we even tried to check other customers if they happened to get ours which is really embarrassing. After 40 mins I already tried asking for help with my other friend. We told the female crew about our orders that's where they only start preparing for our order.
Since, our order was a take out. We ate later than expected. I thought the disaster was over but yeah, It was actually not. They atually messed up our orders, again. I tried checking the receipt and it was the cashier who input the wrong order from our paper (since we used the kiosk).

Read moreGood day, I'm really disappointed about today, July 22,2025 at around 1pm I normally eat at this branch but today is the worst as in, I don't have cash to pay but the counter told me that they didn't accept g-cash, so I need to cash out outside the branch while pouring heavy rain, and that's very annoying. I wanted to tell that one of employee there wearing an apple green uniform got on my nerves because he's telling me that it's not right to refill a gravy using a cup provided by them and then the guy that I was telling it. He bothered me saying that it's not right that I should be going back and forth to the gravy station, it was super inconvenient for me after all I got wet in the rain to cash out and eat. And one employee was irritating me, I know it's not always that the customer is always right but like, it was too much. Then when I ran out of the gravy I just wanted to refill, he just looked at me like seriously. I felt dissatisfied today, like for real. The new kiosk interface was confusing, and the cashier struggled to get our order right. We ended up with cold fries, and when I asked for fresh ones, the staff member dumped the old fries back into the warmer—very concerning for food safety.
Additionally, the staff was rude, and we weren't given enough napkins. When my wife asked for disposable utensils, she was stared at rudely. It was clear no manager was overseeing the dining area or the kitchen, leading to pure incompetence.
