I practically grew up in Silay and have come to love El Ideal because of the variety of food that it serves and sells. I even bring them back a lot to Singapore where I am based, like what I did when I went there last February. Bought a lot, a pack or two for almost all of what they sell, in fact, i just ate the cookies with raisin. Unfortunately, i just bite into one and wondering how come something is not easy to munch or grind. To my horror, i was eating a black screw, like M2 x 10mm long! This could be. a foreign body if I swallowed this! El Ideal needs to be vigilant in ensuring safety and hygiene in its cooking process. They can start with cookies with raisin, pinpoint the possibility where it came from and create measure to prevent a repeat. This is something serious that needs to be addressed!
