The staff are very nice. The place is well decorated, very spacious, and has an immaculate vibe. It’s comfortable, luxurious, and there are so many places to sit, inside and outside. You can even sit near the yacht outside, though I have to warn that if you want to sit there you should keep in mind that the location is close to the speakers playing music and they’re especially loud in that area and might be too much for your ears. Inside, they even had a few paintings and figures on display to look at. On one side of the restaurant’s interior, there’s flowing water lit with lights and I’m impressed how they managed to keep it maintained and not make it smell.
I was surprised by the amount of options there were for the rice and every dish we had was good, too! The Thai shrimp rice is perfectly flavored, not too much and with a mild but yummy taste that’s perfect to pair with other food.
The curry sauce is so silky and creamy, but there were barely any chunks of carrot in it which made me sad since I love vegetables in curry but I understand that some people are picky and only like the chicken who would be happy that there aren’t many vegetables. I was also a little surprised that there were bits of bone in the pork sisig as I ate it since I’ve never experienced that in other sisigs before. Aside from that, I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience and I encourage more people to...
Read morenote, this isn't the servers' fault at all so I blame no one except that they clearly need to communicate clearly to better customer expectations.
basically guys, come on. You can't wait till we get a table, get served service water, get comfortable, only to tell me most of your menu is unavailable - literally, one after the other we were told that it was unavailable. Pizza? Unavailable. Oh okay fine, we'll order calamares, nvm unavailable also. How about fries as a side? Sorry, unavailable.
They didn't even have regular canned coke! We took our time to read reviews, compare you to other places and decide to spend our money here.
We ended up getting pasta, and granted the portions and taste were good, the experience was just such a let down. We understand your stocks may have been low, but it would have been nice to have had the option to expect something else and get all the necessary information before we sat down.
Plus, cajun shrimp pasta with only 1 piece of shrimp? Come on.
Very sweet...
Read moreWe came two times to try different meals.
The first one, on Sunday evening. We ordered the beef curry. It was tasty but in the menu it says " 400 gr, good to share 3-5 pax" I didn't see 400 grams, really, it barely was enough to have 2 spoons each of us (2 people). French fries - good amount and taste. Then they had a Tea compliment, which was tasty too. The atmosphere was regular, there was just 1 more couple and that's it.
So, after this visit we decided to give it a second try: We arrived at noon to have some pizza. First, AC is strong as hell inside. And outside it was raining. We decided to leave. Downstairs there was a coffee shop. And we found out we were able to order the food from the restaurant there. So, why the waiters don't do any effort or smoothing the AC or providing the info about you can eat downstairs without the AC. Then, the pizza with Salami that says extra cheese... Had everything but cheese. I would not recommend it. The base was...
