Title: Doner and Shawarma in Filipino style but also tasty!

The portion was good. First of all it's not a classic Doner like in Europe. The meat is here like marinated chopped chicken pieces some has extra small pieces and this restaurant has bigger pieces, I like the bigger more. The chicken meat was not dry but near to be dry but still ok. The sauce was very different it was a tomato sauce close to a pizza sauce but in hot spicey version. The vegetables was fresh, they used red onion I liked it. There was some fries inside, I personally don't like it in arabic countries and turkey it's common in Europe not. In general the taste was totally different compared to a classic doner but it was ok it was different not bad and for this price you do nothing wrong! Additionally I had the Shawarma with rice in a plate. I am not very familiar with the original Shawarma but in every Philippine City the Shawarma taste is different. Was it bad? Definitely not bad! The meat was the same like the Doner but the sauce was different. The taste of the sauce was close to a curry sauce but less salt and very smooth taste it can also be used for a salad because it has a light taste not very strong. All in all the food was good, something different in a good way and the price is perfect.

There was an aircon but it was not very cold, the fan brought a little bit freshness Inside the restaurant was a cat, I like in general animals but it's inside a restaurant not an open air restaurant and I guess some people will not like what they see

Tried My Friend Shawarma last night with my husband, and we really enjoyed it! The food was tasty, with generous portions and fair prices. We had the My Shawarma, Doner, an extra side of fries, Chebureki (a deep-fried meat pie), plus some extra light and doner sauce—everything hit the spot.

Service was great too—friendly staff and no long wait for our order. One fun surprise: they have a really cute black cat roaming around and playing. It added such a cozy, homey vibe to the place!

What really annoyed me in this place is the fact that they use their scale all the time. I saw the girl removing 1 thing slice of onion like if 0.1 gram would make a difference. They did that with everything and it took ages. Their prices are almost same as a bib kebab with fries in Europe so they should be more generous and stop wasting time with their scale...
