Angel's Pizza - Doña Soledad — Restaurant in Parañaque

Prior to my trip back to the Philippines, a friend of mine would constantly rave about this pizza place and how good it is. Although she has mentioned it a lot of times, I didn't add it on my must-try list. But one day, my best friend decided to order Angel's Pizza through a food delivery service, and I finally got to try it.

She got the Creamy Spinach Dip Pizza and Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings. The chicken wings were meh. Chicken was tough and the garlic parmesan flavor was just okay. But the pizza! Man! I was so close to missing out on the opportunity to try it during this visit. Their pizza was nothing short of amazing. The toppings were absolutely delicious. And that soft, bubbly, and slightly chewy dough/crust was phenomenal. I found myself speechless. I've been craving for it ever since. Delivery on this branch is the worst delivery service I have experienced in my life. For three consecutive orders, their average delivery time to my place is three hours given that their shop is just nearby. One of the three incidents was the irresponsible staff who skipped my order from their system and just went home after his/her shift. The worst part is they don't have any recovery service nor complimentary one. Based on their staff ( counter or delivery rider), they are under staff. There was a time that the rider was complaining to me that he was the only rider delivering to three areas/Barangay of Paranaque City.

Figaro management should look into this matter. I think the incompetency of the management of this branch must be look into before you lose business to this...

Worst customer service ever. Literally lying to our faces

Ordered via hotline for pickup Branch called us to confirm Went to branch to pick it up and it wasn’t punched. They lied to our face and put the pizza in as we were standing there. We asked for it to be delivered instead of having to wait there, they said it would take only 7 mins as delivery location is just the village across 1 hr later no one is answering branch number, had to call hotline to get their attention when branch finally called they said the pizza was just being made.
