D' Original Pares - Sucat — Restaurant in Parañaque

Me and my family ate here twice. The first time it was in the dinner time because it was our wedding anniversary. The second time was when we went for a church event of Victory Paranaque in SM sucat and then finished around 9pm for which all restaurants in Sm Sucat is alread closing. So we went here in D'Original Pares-Sucat. We ordered always the Chicken Lugaw with Egg, and Lomi. Price is affordable. Food is okay. Service is just right. So I give 4 stars. I go here when we crave for Lomi. It is close to Azure Urban Resort Residences in Bicutan Paranaque (Azure Residences by Van Florendo) - it just about 30mins drive to Sucat. I've been wanting to try pares here, so we dined last saturday night place was not too crowded. staff was not that attentive and I felt invisible to them maybe I waited for good 3-5mins infront of the counter before they ask what is my order....we ordered beef pares, sisig and miki bihon.

beef pares sauce was a bit sweet for my liking meat was soft. overall pwede na for someone craving for pares but it was bitin for me theres only 5or6 pcs of meat.

Pork sisig lack in taste and my partner experienced stomach ache after 2 hrs eating it.

miki bihon ok lang compare with the two but miki is a bit uncooked for me.

overall maybe will not...

Wear something comfortable since this place is warm but if you go to a pares place, you don't expect anything fancy so that's OK. I love the chicken mami and super mami which is a steal at 135 pesos. I make sure to bring some home also for tomorrow's breakfast. They serve food fast. I just pity the crew who are all in that unhealthy warm, poorly circulated counter.
