Was overwhelmed by the service here that I would never expect/experience from any jollibee branch !! We were greeted warmly by the guard and welcoming lola by the entrance While waiting I saw kids from the street asking for water and there were workers giving them cups of iced water despite all orders being prepared Our food preparation was taking a while but a staff noticed me standing too long and helped me out without me asking There was a problem with our order being taken by someone else but the manager was understanding enough and quick to act for us to recieve our order...

Their drive-thru service is very disappointing. Even if we only order 2–3 items, the staff often asks us to park and tells us there will be a 30-minute wait. We've been ordering delivery from this branch at ang masasabi ko lang ay quite poor and inconsistent service, at ang gulo ng staff when it comes sa pag-oorder online, madalas late yung order for more than the recommended arrival ng food dahil ang gulo ng staff, more than an hour minsan, okay go lang kaya naman medyo mag-intay, kaso d lang yun yung problema, madalas d sila mag-sesend ng txt ng contact ng magdedeliver sa'min, so always waiting kami if nand'yan na ba yung magdedeliver o wala pa, kasi nga we have no way of contacting yung hinire nilang magdedeliver, tapos ang madalas na nagiging problema pa eh kahit na nagsesend kami ng message reminder sa kanila through the app pa ulit-ulit nilang ipini-pin yung order namin sa wrong house no. so medyo naguguluhan yung magdedeliver kung saan ba t'laga yung exact pick up location, tapos ito pa it happens once pero just to give a heads up of their inconsistency, once d dumating food na inorder namin pero sinabi dun sa delivery app na “order delivered” kahit wala pa kaming natatanggap na order, t'as sila yung staff w'la man lang pasabi niho-niha kung an'yare dun sa order, so hanap ng other ways para makakain, kaloka!
