CK SHOPWISE SUCAT — Restaurant in Parañaque

Food was good, serving size was large enough to satisfy our hunger. Love the Chicken Lauriat and the Beef Noodles. The Braised Beef was a bit disappointed, portions are too little for the rice served. Staff was nice and greeted me upon entry.

But what really disappointed me is that the branch was unable to honor my Giftaway codes, this branch was listed as one that accepts but I was ultimately declined. I was told that it has something to do with the server. I had internet service therefore, there shouldnt be any problem with accepting my code.

The manager on duty was kind but unable to assist in accepting my Giftaway gift codes. This was the first time i ever encountered any pushbacks in using my Giftaway. This was given by Jollibee corporate office to use in other Jollibee Food Corp restaurants. I have used it at Jollibee, Mang Inasal, Panda Express, Red Ribbon, Yoshinoya and Greenwich, as well as a different Chowking branch. Only Santana Grove Chowking had a pushback in using Giftaway.

Although apologetic there was nothing else that was done. I had to pay cash for the 1500pesos meal our family had that night. Incident occured at around 5:30pm...

Ordered via online with this branch, after an hour of making me wait, they suddenly cancelled my order when it was ALREADY in transit.

This branch did not give me any details as to refund or even as to why my order was cancelled. They just texted me that it was. No email to document the cancellation and information on refunds. I waited for 30mins before calling their branch to make sure they really have no plans of sending me a cancellation/refund email.

Called their branch and requested them to email me the cancellation/refund details so I can use that to document or contest any refund issues. They "Agreed", but THEY STILL DIDN'T EMAIL ME.

UNTIL NOW I HAVEN'T RECEIVED...

Service is ultra slow. Delivery or dine in. People were made to wait 45 mins to almost an hour. Staff missing mostly from kitchen. Same experience when i went with my family and relatives from US months ago. The employees from a nearby call center were made to wait almost an hour for their take out order. I suggest ordering from a faster branch. This branch doesn't show any improvement. Some of the staff who attends to table were overwhelmed as a lot of ppl were asking for the food. The staff attending to table were at least very quick and commendable for keeping a cool head, observant on who needs assistance and able to operate...
