Texas Roadhouse SM BF Parañaque — Restaurant in Parañaque

Worst service!! This is our go-to restaurant in SM BF but today we had a terrible dining experience. We dined here for our son’s 7th birthday and we left very disappointed. We waited for a long time for our starters even if it’s just nachos and potato skins. Other tables that arrived after us got their orders almost the same time as us. Starters were served just a few minutes before our mains. Food was good as always, no complaints about that. After we’re done, we asked for the bill and to pack the leftovers, the waitress acknowledged us but never went back. We had to follow up once for our leftovers and FOUR TIMES for the bill!! We’re already done eating at this point and we’re only waiting to pay so we can go. We waited for more than 30 minutes just to settle the payment!! I raised this with the manager, but instead of handling it properly, he stumbled through an apology and awkwardly tried to “offer something” without being clear. He said “Sige po bigyan ko nalang sila ng ahm, ano ba” and was stuttering. We declined. This was supposed to be a fun and happy day but their terrible service ruined our experience. We recently had an amazing dining experience at Texas Roadhouse, and we can’t help but give special thanks to our server, Chay. From the moment we arrived, Chay welcomed us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. Every step of the service was attentive and friendly, making our meal even more enjoyable.

The food was delicious, freshly prepared, and served promptly. Each dish was bursting with flavour, and the quality was consistent from start to finish. Chay made sure we had everything we needed, offered great recommendations, and checked in on us just the right amount without being intrusive.

What truly stood out was how Chay made the whole experience memorable with excellent service and genuine care. We left feeling completely satisfied and valued as guests. First of all, your front house employee Maria should be PROMOTED. She is an amazing server. She looks like she could work in Solaire according to my friend from London Atalia Delos Santos-Benilde-Lim.

NOW, on to the food. Was the squid bland? yeah, it was, but fortunately my best friend from london is well versed in the art of cooking. Grasping the Salt and pepper, we created a symphony of flavors.

What about the other food? Mwah mere perfection. I ate a total of 4 bread rolls. Mmmm that cinammon butter what can say? It’s so simple cinammon + butter = perfection, how could it be.

I loved everything.

My advice wash everything down with a can of coke zero.
