Lola Idang's Bahay Pancitan — Restaurant in Parañaque

Tried eating here again but the customer service still disappoints. We managed to eat the first time but had to wait long for the food, which they served in a piecemeal basis despite being ordered the same time. I would understand if the orders were served just a couple of minutes apart, but I’m sure it was not the case cause we had to follow-up a couple of times.

Today we decided to give it another try hoping to scratch off the initial experience, but we ended up leaving because none of the crews even cared to look at us to at least give us a table (there were tables available so they can sure accommodate us). It was funny cause even the customers eating that time were giving them weird looks as they noticed we remained standing at the entrance for quite some time; therefore crews cannot reason out that they...

The food tastes great and the serving size is actually good (the dinaing na bangus is big). The place has air conditioning and eletric fan so no worries if you eat mainint na sabaw. The only concern that I have is that the waiter/waitresses are not accommodating. They were not hospitable to the customers and didn’t observe the basic F&B/restaurant etiquettes when serving guests. We were not offered water and they have this simangot look on their faces when they serve food. It made our overall experience BAD.

So sad, the food was great. I hope the owner talks to their staff because their behavior drives...

Great place to eat for a quick bite. Food is real home cooking. And I love the Crispy Binagoongan and etc....My number one go to place anytime of the day here at Armstrong branch Pque. But guys you really must issue a real receipt to the customers after. Its just that your staff are so nice and friendly that it gets awkward to then to ask...
